L-spine MRI ;

L4-5 disk shows a left paracentral epidural convexity of nucleus pulposus via posterior inner annulus fibrosus defect beneath the intact posterior longitudinal ligament and well preserved outermost annulus fibrosus, and slightly both ligamentum flavum hypertrophy with mild compression of left ventrolateral thecal sac and left L5 nerve root, and spinal canal narrowing.

No evidence of other thecal sac and spinal cord injury in L-spines.

No demonstrable skeletal fracture or dislocation in L-spines.

Otherwise, unremarkable.

Impression ;

HIVD, left paracentral subligamentous disk protrusion in L4-5 level with spinal stenosis.
